I have been busy traveling the past month and have been putting in a lot of hands lately and haven’t gotten around to posting lately. Last month all my trips went well and I enjoyed seeing my family in Illinois and visiting my buddy in Florida. Poker went well throughout the travels I ran well and played solid.

This month I have been back in Phoenix and have been on a pretty big downswing. Things just are not running as smoothly and it is getting me extremely stressed out and I believe it is affecting my play to an extent. I am going to head out to Mazatlan, Mexico tomorrow morning and meet up with a few friends. I am hoping I can relax a bit. We will be playing some golf or hanging by the pool during the day and playing poker or going out at night. I am going to really concentrate on playing focused and not putting my game on auto-pilot. This should get things turned around and running smoothly once again.

I’ve decided to travel a bit to visit family and friends for the month of March.  I just arrived to my hometown of Taylorville a few hours ago and will be spending a week or so here hanging out with the family and visiting some high school friends.  I haven’t been outside the Phoenix area in a while so I’m excited for a little change in pace.

After a week or so a friend and I are going to visit my buddy Jeff in Naples, Fl. for a week.  We are planning on going to the Heat/Clippers game and my buddy Jeff got us 5th row seats so I am really pumped about it.  Other than that we are wanting to get in a few rounds of golf and chill by the pool.  Luckily my buddies enjoy poker so I will be able to put in some hands during the downtime.

Towards the end of March I’m going to wrap up this little tour with a trip to Mazatlan, Mexico to get in a little more relaxation, golf, and poker.  Really looking forward to traveling for the first time in a while.  I’ll update on how the trips and poker are going, Laters.

I recently have been trying to sell my Breitling watch and decided instead of taking it to a jeweler and getting completely ripped I would try to list it myself.

Being the first time I have sold something of this value I am somewhat clueless.  So I listed it on craigslist.com and received several replies that seemed somewhat sketchy.  I replied to one and agreed to ship my item once the agreed selling price was transferred to my PayPal account.  This morning I wake up and have two emails from “PayPal” stating that the transfer has been made and that once I show the shipping verification the balance will be available.  This e-mail reminded of similar e-mails I received from someone posing as Neteller a year or so ago.  I called PayPal and they confirmed that it was a scam attempt.

After reading and replying to several of these e-mails they all seem as if they are shady so I am done with the craigslist nonsense.  I listed it on EBay today so I’m hoping for better results there.

As far as poker goes I had a rough week grinding cash games for a small loss.  I put in a ton of hands and have been getting very stressed out.  I have been feeling obligated to put in hands because I am currently in a rebuilding stage and this is leading me to not be able to play my best game.  The rest of the month I am gonna be putting shorter sessions and expecting greater quality of play.

Today I am gonna be playing some MTTs and regrouping for a charge the rest of the month.

My name is Clint, also known as Beatiful Man on Pokerstars,  and I am going to begin blogging here at PSDollars.  I am originally from Taylorville, Illinois (small town near Springfield) and have moved to Phoenix, AZ a little less than a year ago after graduating from Illinois State University.  I am loving the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and although I miss all my family and friends from home, I am not missing the winter weather.

As far as my blog goes I will be writing about my poker, personal goals, and other things going on in my life.  But for now I’m back to the grind and will be in touch.
